Condiciones de Compra

At CreArte we very much appreciate your interest in doing business with us. In order to explain our general business procedures, please find below a summary of the information most relevant to you. 


• Catalogue and samples. This electronic catalogue is for promotional purposes only. It goes directed at importers and wholesalers and not to final consumers as such. When you would like to order product samples from any of the products that appear in our catalogue these samples will be offered to you free of charge (professional buyers only!). You will just be asked to pay for the cost of the sample shipment.



• Special sample requests.  We are more than happy to develop samples according to your specific needs and wishes. However, depending on the volume of the potential order, these costs are either covered directly by the buyer or by Crearte. This will be mutually agreed upon before the start of the sample production. 



• Minimum order.  The minimum order amount is US$ 2,000. Occasionally, we are able to accept smaller orders. For further information regarding smaller orders please contact us.  

• 

Production time. Upon receipt of your order we will prepare and send you a detailed proforma invoice where you will find all necessary information regarding products, codes, descriptions, payment, shipping, labeling etc. Under normal conditions please allow 60 – 90 days for your order to be ready for shipment.  



• Prepayment.  For all orders we require an advance payment of 50% of the total order volume. After receipt of this advance payment production will start immediately. 



• Balance payment. The final payment is due within 15 days after receipt of the goods. 



• Prices. All of our prices are in US dollars and FOB Guatemala City (air freight) or Santo Tomas de Castilla (sea freight). 

• 

Shipping.  We can ship your orders either by sea or air. We will be happy to assist you in finding appropriate shipping agents and forwarders in Guatemala. Of course, we can also ship by the shipper of your preference. 



• Standard packing and packaging. All products are packaged in plastic bags (either individual or bundled). Our products are shipped in good-quality carton boxes. For special packaging needs please contact us to learn more about possibilities and costs. 



• Labeling and special requirements. You can send us your own labels to be applied to the products. We can produce small labels for bar-coding. Please contact us if you have special requirements with regard to labeling. 



• Legal requirements:  International Fair Trade Company – CreArte- is a legally established entity. As a rule all our commercial transactions are carried out under the regulatory and commercial conditions as set forward by the Guatemalan authorities.
